I think that I would be ok with a New World Order if it had the comedic value of Cobra from the old G.I. Joe cartoons, With Cobra Commanders absurd antics and his classic one liners like  “I shall be waiting to reward your genius, or to have you beheaded for terminal stupidity! I have spoken.”  and ” That man has the constitutionality of a vending machine “ who couldn’t?
